Sales & Marketing Account Manager - Brisbane - Entry level role - $60-75k plus super Your new company
Our client based inner Brisbane are seeking three Onboarding Account Managers to join their team permanently. This is a sales and somewhat marketing focused account management role and will involve interactions both over phone, email and face to face with both internal and external stakeholders and will also focus on analysing sales. Your new role
In this role you will manage newly subscribed clients and support them with getting their bespoke product established. You will liaise with them by phone and face to face, collate marketing collateral from them, liaise internally with web developers, upsell or re-highlight the service as needed, support the client through onboarding stages by being available on email, phone and face to face. You will monitor and do follow ups on clients service and satisfaction levels and make recommendations to the business on new ways to sell / manage the sales cycle of the product based upon your observations and feedback taken. What you'll need to succeed
This will be a busy, multi faceted role and you will need to think on your feet and be comfortable that the answers are not written down for you and sometimes you will be creating solutions yourself rather than waiting on management to give you the answer. If you are someone who thrives well in an entrepreneurial, start up type of environment then you will enjoy this role. If you require structure and processes for everything then this will not be the role for you.
Ideally we are seeking individuals who have previously (recent or years ago) had a role working in Hospitality as knowledge of that industry and how it works is attractive to this role. We also require individuals to have good customer service skills or existing sales /account management skills. Marketeers looking for a more people focused role away from pure marketing are also encouraged to apply as are any recent graduates with experience working in hospitality.
As an individual you will be comfortable working autonomously and happy to pitch in for a few hours work on odd weekends on a roster. (Not every weekend and you will receive time off in lieu) You will also require excellent, clear communication skills. What you'll get in return
