Hays Human Resources are currently working with a heavy industry client who are seeking a passionate and experienced Human Resources Administrator to join their HR team on a permanent basis. Your new role
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be given the opportunity to develop and create the Recruitment function of this growing business. In a high volume role, you will work across all the business stream, supported by a Recruitment Administrator. Working closely with line managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process. Carrying out advertising, shortlisting and screening candidates, you will also supply managers with advice and salary information and assist them in the interview process when required. You will also assist in contract preparation and on-boarding. What you'll need to succeed
