Rapidly growing MSP on the hunt for an experienced L2 support engineer to join their thriving Milton office. Your new company
Australian-owned and growing rapidly, this MSP is on the hunt for an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join their thriving Milton team. Their global influence and forward-thinking culture will provide you with an expansive array of technologies to explore.

Your new role
You will be providing outstanding quality service over the phone to this MSP's large clientele, responsible for all Level 2 operational support. No day will look the same, but your key duties and responsibilities will include:
  • Remote incident resolution and request fulfilment to SLAs
  • Active Directory administration and user creation and termination requests
  • Remote configuration of hardware and software
  • Reduce incident volume by identifying and eliminating root cause using the pro-active problem management process
  • Basic network troubleshooting and fault-finding
  • Liaise with third parties to facilitate onsite repair work
You must have PR or citizenship to be considered for this role.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have excellent communication skills over the phone and previous service desk experience, with a proven ability to demonstrate initiative and a strong attention to detail. Your key technical skills will include, but are not limited to:
  • Office 365 and Exchange troubleshooting and administration
  • Active Directory and Group Policy
  • LAN/WAN troubleshooting
  • At least one industry certification like Microsoft, Citrix, or Cisco
  • ITIL experience or certification
