Your new company
Our client is a leading, award winning law firm, the Lawyers that work there receive more legal recognition nominations than most and this firm could fast track your career and elevate your practice/brand in the market to a different level. Corporate Law is a particularly busy practice area as M&A action increases throughout Australia and as part of the firms expansion plan for this team they are currently seeking a Corporate Lawyer at both Associate + Senior Associate/Special Counsel Level.

Your new role
As a Corporate Lawyer working as part of this large corporate team you will be given autonomy to run your own files and manage your clients. You will of course still work closely in conjunction with your Partner as needed for support but it is hoped you will be able to hit the ground running and be comfortable dealing with an M&A workload of your own. The client base you will work with is anything from mid range to High Net Worth clients through to ASX listed entities.

What you'll need to succeed
A skilled Corporate Lawyer you will be successful with negotiation and present as a driven and ambitious individual who strives on being successful and achieving results. Your culture fit is also important and the firm are keen to include those who enjoy and operate well as part of a team focused environment.
