Your new role
Looking for an experienced Administration Officer to join the team. This role is to provide support to a client base and includes duties such as:
  • You will be the first point of call for our members and external stakeholders delivering a professional and positive impression
  • You will look after a variety of general office tasks including maintaining and ordering our stationery and office supplies, mail distribution, copying, printing resources etc
  • Assisting with maintaining the data integrity of our brand new Customer Relationship Management system
  • Assist the training and membership team with administrative tasks
  • Looking after the online bookstore, checking payments, despatching orders etc.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Prior experience in a similar Administration role
  • Previous RTO experience is ideal
  • Progression through or interest in working towards a Certificate III or IV in Business Administration
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy office environment
  • Initiative, motivation, and strong work-ethic
  • Systems and technology savvy (including Office 365)
  • Customer Service and effective communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft excel with high attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm
