Your new company
Due to growth and movement within the team, this large and nationally recognised company based on Brisbane's Southside is seeking an Administrator to join their team in the office on a permanent basis. This organisation in a leader in their field and offers a stable working environment, onsite parking and great career growth.

Your new role
Reporting to the Contract Manager, this role is key to managing the integrity of service contracts database. You will be supporting the communication between customers, service technicians and account managers. Your day can include completing the following range of tasks:
  • Managing the internal database and assisting with contract renewals
  • Processing and generating invoices
  • Maintaining various registers, databases and client portals by entering data accurately and efficiently
  • Liaising with key internal stakeholders to ensure database integrity
  • Assisting with ad hoc administration tasks as required
What you'll need to succeed
Ultimately you'll be someone who is looking for a long term career in a stable and growing company. You will be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills that can communicate with a diverse range of people. It is essential that you have the following:
  • Previous experience as a Database Administrator or in a data heavy administration role
  • A service focussed and positive attitude
  • High level administration skills
  • Highly effective team player
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to work in a demanding environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail
Having a point of difference will be an advantage, such as experience in service based company, or having Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
