Hays Human Resources have an excellent opportunity for a Workforce /Change Advisor to join a dynamic People and Culture team, supporting the business to drive a positive culture. Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Change, this permanent full-time role is responsible for proactively partnering managers across the business to ensure that all operational learning structural changes and organisational development requirements are delivered. You will assist with preparing draft and final structure briefing packs, develop organisational charts, review, develop and classify role descriptions, identify appropriate selection processes, prepare necessary recruitment material, and participate in selection panels. The position is responsible for providing progressive and robust advice to ensure the division's new structure is staffed in an effective and efficient manner. This role has a National focus.
