THE OPPORTUNITY As part of our diverse team based in

You will be responsible for providing administrative support to a wide range of stakeholders, enabling EML to pro-actively manage claims effectively within the legislation and achieve compliance with set performance measures.
This will be a
full-time permanent, or part time contract position based in the
Adelaide office , with flexibility to work from home post training.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES - Confident in managing incoming and outgoing phone calls to internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide a range of administrative and support services with an excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to balance competing priorities, meet deadlines and work with a large volume of tasks
- Co-ordinate medical bookings and liaise with third party providers.
- Strong computer skills and able to manage multiple systems at one time.
ABOUT YOU - You are customer centric and can provide a high-level service to the team which you support.
- You are energetic and have previous experience of providing high quality administrative support in a fast-paced team environment.
- You may have previous experience working with sensitive documents.
- You enjoy working in a busy environment and within a large team.
