Your new company
One of Australia's largest commercial real estate services company are looking for a Team Administrator to join their Adelaide team on a full time, permanent basis. My client provides solutions to property owners, investors and occupiers.

Your new role
Working as a Team Administrator, you will have a variety of daily duties and responsibilities. These will include, however will not be limited to;
  • First point of contact for clients and contractors
  • Assisting the Office Manager with events and office functions
  • Maintaining the Reception inbox
  • Facilitate maintenance for the office
  • Archiving, filing, scanning and other administrative tasks
  • Maintaining stock in the office
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this position, you need to have prior experience in a similar role within the real estate and property industry. You must be organised, have excellent time management skills and be a strong communicator. You will be proficient on Microsoft Suite and InDesign knowledge will be highly beneficial.
