A great opportunity for a Receptionist to work in an established Professional Services environment
Your new company
Our client has been providing accounting, advisory and taxation services in South Australia for over 40 years. They are a boutique chartered accountancy practice servicing small to medium size enterprises. Due to internal movements within the company, a full time, permanent Receptionist role has become available.

Your new role
Working as a Receptionist, you will have a variety of duties and responsibilities, these will include, however will not be limited to;
  • Answering and distributing phone calls
  • Booking meetings and appointments
  • Setting up and preparing meeting rooms
  • Greeting clients and walk ins
  • Filing, scanning and archiving documents
  • Data entry of tax returns
  • Ordering office supplies and stationary
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role, you must have prior Receptionist experience in a Professional Services environment. You must be proficient on Microsoft Suite and confident in using spreadsheets. You will clear and strong communication skills and the ability to communicate with people of all levels. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks is crucial. Accounting firm experience is beneficial, however not essential.
