Your new role
We are on the lookout for an exceptional Project Manager with extensive experience in rolling out payroll systems, for a 6-month contract. This role is critical to the successful implementation of a payroll solution for our banking client, ensuring seamless integration and operation. If you have experience with Oracle Connect and/or Aurion Payroll, this would be ideal.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for the rollout of payroll systems.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- System Integration: Oversee the integration of payroll systems with existing infrastructure, ensuring compatibility and efficiency.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Experience: Proven track record as a Project Manager with significant experience in rolling out payroll systems.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in working with Oracle Connect and/or Aurion Payroll systems.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.
- Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- A 6-month contract with extension opportunities
