Recently the RAA Board and Executive Team endorsed a new program of work that will provide a foundation for achieving the RAA's strategic goals, drive digital maturity and deliver better experience and outcomes for members and the community. The core piece of this program is a new Membership Platform - a centralised hub that will create a holistic view of members and their entire relationship with RAA. This new technology will also empower employees to deliver enriched experiences to both current and future members.
As the Data Architect on the program, you'll need to define, design, and implement the new member data model and assist in the design of the overall approach to mastering member data across RAA's core information platforms. Successful implementation of will ensure that member data is shared across all relevant RAA systems in a timely and accurate manner. You'll also assist in the delivery of data migration outcomes to support implementation of new CRM and enable new analytics and reporting capabilities, utilising enhanced customer data. What you'll need to succeed
This role will require proven experience in data architecture, integration and the design and implementation of data models. You'll also need;
- Experience in managing organisation data to support data quality and data-driven decision making, including ability to develop and select data management methodologies
- The ability to evaluate and recommend technology decisions and support technical capability development within the team
- Experience in providing technical guidance in the development of new data pipelines for the ingestion, storage, and transformation of member-related data into EDW, including updating data models and supporting technical documentation
- Demonstrated experience in working with Microsoft BI Suite and Data Lake.
