Your new role
Working from the Adelaide head office located on the CBD fringe you will be pivotal in ensuring continual exceptional customer service across a team of 12-18 team members. Working in partnership as a joint team leader you will be responsible for leading, developing and managing the customer service team to ensure exceptional customer experiences. You will lead by example, handle escalated phone calls and motivate and coach the performance expectations and outcomes of the customer service team.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the role, we are looking for a bubbly, enthusiastic customer service Team Leader with:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Team Leader
  • Proven experience leading, coaching and developing customer service team members
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • The ability to be adaptable, enthusiastic and demonstrate a customer centric mindset
  • Highly developed problem solving and analytical skills
  • Efficient computer skills and a good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong skills within the Microsoft suite, experience in performance management and handling of escalated calls
  • Previous experience in pronto EMS, Oneflo and Maximiser CRM or a similar CRM system will be highly beneficial
