Highly experienced Client Service Officer required in modern Accounting Firm
Your new company
Our client is a professional Accounting Firm centrally located in the Eastern City Fringe. They specialise in working alongside small to medium businesses and with income tax payers. They are passionate about providing exceptional service and tailored solutions for their clients. Your new company is seeking a Full Time and highly experienced Client Service Officer within their team.

Your new role
Supporting the Accountants, your new role as Client Service Officer will be responsible for and includes duties not limited to:
  • Preparing and managing client fees and invoices
  • Prepare Client Packs
  • Manage communication with external parties - including the ATO, ASIC and audit partners
  • Assist with all administration related to SMSF
  • Assist application process for TFNs and ABNs
  • Calendar Management - book in all meetings
  • Database management
  • Relief of front of house reception desk - answer phones, greet clients, organise meeting rooms
  • Update ABR details as required
  • Set up new clients into the system
  • Process any correspondence required
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to following experience and skills:
  • Previous Admin experience in Accounting and Taxation businesses essential
  • Experience with ASIC, ATO Portal, Xero and SMSF
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Ability to multi task
