Your new role
Our banking client is seeking an ICT Business Analyst that has experience working within the banking sector on Cards or Card Management systems (Card Management systems that manage the life cycle of a debit card, credit card, virtual card etc and facilitate the acceptance, authorisation and reconciliation of payment methods).
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a high-priority, high-profile project focusing on the integration and communication of banking systems. This role will challenge you to leverage your expertise in direct banking cards to drive impactful changes and improvements.
Key Responsibilities:• Analyse and document business requirements related to cards and card management systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and communication between various banking systems.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to enhance system efficiency and performance.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates.
• Create and manage test plans to ensure the successful implementation of system changes.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for card management systems post-implementation.
What you'll need to succeed
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the banking sector, specifically with cards and card management.
• Strong understanding of direct banking cards and related systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with system integration projects and knowledge of how banking systems communicate.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive and adaptable approach to work, with a keen eye for detail.
