Your new company
This family run business primarily operates in the Adelaide Hills and has sustained year on year growth since it was established. An opportunity now exists for a Bookkeeper & Administration Officer to join their close-knit team on a full time, permanent basis.

Your new role
Reporting through to the Directors your duties will include:
  • Accounts payable - enter complex invoices into the system, ensure all amounts have been appropriately authorised and create batch payments
  • Accounts receivable - receipt amounts as needed
  • End to end payroll processing, including calculation of awards and entitlements
  • Collate and prepare BAS for submission
  • Basic financial reporting
  • Various administrative tasks, including; recruitment, marketing/website management, responding to queries, coordinating meetings and taking minutes
What you'll need to succeed
  • A background in bookkeeping and knowledge of accounts payable/receivable, payroll and reporting
  • Experience using Xero is desirable
  • Comfortable completing a variety of duties beyond accounts
