They provide distributed power plant solutions with market leading engineering, installation and maintenance support. This company employs over a thousand people globally. Your office will be located 10 minutes from Adelaide's CBD with parking available.

Your new role
Reporting to the Products Financial Controller you will be responsible for accounts and service support. This role is varied but has a strong focus on accounts and you must have an eye for detail. This is a full-time office based role. Your duties and responsibilities will include:
  • Month end reporting
  • Prepare and review accrual journals
  • Preparing site monthly billing paperwork
  • Provide invoice email packages to customers
  • Actual vs Budget reports
  • Warranty process including opening cases and submitting financial claims
  • Closing warranty claims once receiving relevant approvals
  • Generating quotes for service requests
  • Reconciliations
  • Matching PO to service requests
  • Communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ad hoc requests from the Financial Controller
  • Ability to be a team player and help others when required
What you'll need to succeed
  • Well-versed accounts experience
  • You may be an experienced bookkeeper
  • You will enjoy working in a fast-paced varied environment
  • Demonstrated experience multitasking and juggling multiple priorities
  • Attention to detail
  • Well-developed customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Excel
