Client Services - eFX - Hong Kong

My client is one of the most respected and reputable STP venues for Tier 1 liquidity in the world. They provide execution platforms and turnkey white label solutions to banks, brokers, hedge funds and professional traders. Due to expansion, they are looking for 2 Client Services Executives to cope with the business growth.

 

The Client Services Executives will provide client support across all client groups whilst working collaboratively with the business.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Report to Head of Business Development, you will  support the Institutional Sales Team
  • Being the first point of contact for clients and acting as an ambassador to serve clients across different trading platforms
  • Providing client support at all levels, handle with enquiries or complaints by phone, email, face to face and live chat in a fast and effective manner
  • Ensure that more complex client issues are followed up and resolved in a timely manner
  • Understanding and anticipating the needs and expectations of the clients
  • Work closely with internal departments
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of client experience

 

Essential Skills / Experience:

  • Recent experience in an eFX role with a bank or vendor
  • Good understanding of FX and relevant experience in Financial Sectors
  • Solid client services experience
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin due to the clients you will be managing
  • Good communication skills and work effectively
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications
