This is an opportunity to join the Stock Lending area within the Operations Team. A busy and challenging position this opportunity is ideal for a dedicated team player who has excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily margining process with external stock lending clients.
  • Prepare daily funding requirements for stock loan book.
  • Manage monthly stock loan billing process with internal and external clients.
  • Prepare daily payment requests for stock loan & institutional client cash movements.
  • Pre-match and facilitate settlement of stock loan, institutional client and house account trades in CHESS.
  • Follow up and escalate on failing or unmatched trades.
  • Report and follow up any ASX market fails.

Technical Skills
  • Equity Settlements experience preferred
  • Prior experience with equity settlement systems and/or CHESS
  • Microsoft Outlook, Excel
